Welcome to my new online home where I share photos, recipes, artwork and short reads that I hope will inspire you or at least make your heart smile. I’ve spent my life cultivating my artistic expression through charcoals, pastels, acrylics, graphic design, sculpture, jewelry, music… the whole gamut of multimedia art… I am a creative through and through! Born and raised in the U.S., however, as most of my family is Canadian, I see myself as a sort of Ameri-nadian… proud to be an American with a deep love of the people, places and poutine of the Great White North. Currently, I live near Annapolis, Maryland with my husband and four kids – one in college now and 3 who will launch into their college experience in 2021… yes, you read that right… THREE… at the same time! There is never a dull moment in this house, and I share the highs and lows in this blogosphere. ❤
Another love I have is for helping people in need and bringing awareness and aid to the conservation efforts for wildlife in crisis. I actively participate in service projects myself and make monetary contributions to causes I have researched and who I know are making a difference in our world. So when you visit my Etsy shop, you will see that proceeds from all of the purchases made in my shop are dedicated to either specified service projects, nonprofit organizations or charities that have touched me.
